Monterey Medical Center

Monterey Medical Center is high traffic, oft busy cornerstone commercial plaza consistent of a large office building and surgery center. The ownership recognized the need to update and improve the lighting and opted to address the exterior portion to improve the overall lighting coverage while also bolstering the site’s safety and security. Much of the existing lighting assets were outdated and inefficient so the resulting energy savings by upgrading to LED lighting fixtures & lamps were significant and immediate.

Project Information:

• Replaced the parking lot pole fixtures, façade flood fixtures, and the landscape bullet up light fixtures with LED fixtures and lamps

• The upgrade led to over 35% in energy savings

• The performance upgrade project omitted the need & cost for electrical maintenance
