Financial Center at the Gardens

 A known commercial building within the flourishing business community of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. the ownership of The Financial Center at the Gardens wanted to upgrade & refresh the parking garage including the lighting. We identified the want & need and provided a turnkey solution removing & replacing 357 HID fixtures with LED fixtures.

Project Info:

  • Procured, received, staged, and installed 357 70W LED fixtures

  • Replaced 175W + ballast HID fixtures

  • Installed & commissioned the new LED fixtures

  • Overall wattage reduction per fixture was approximately 105W

  • Additional energy savings realized with the incorporation of a occupancy/photocell sensor in each fixture
