Legacy Place Plaza

A flagship shopping plaza in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. with multiple anchor stores the traffic is constant & consistent. Constructed more than 10 years with many unique design components including the lighting fixtures, the Legacy Place Plaza is a known shopping destination throughout the community.

Ownership & management wanted to improve the parking & site lighting, and generate energy savings, while maintaining the look & feel of the existing fixtures. Adhering to the project objectives, a LED custom plate retrofit replacing the original HID setup (lamp, ballast, & reflector) was deemed to be the best solution.

Project Info:

  • total of 267 parking lot fixture heads retrofitted with LED custom plate retrofit

  • completed in 3 separate phases

  • project generated more than 30% energy savings

  • overall marked improvement in lighting throughout the plaza
